Daily Duties at Shell Exploration And Production Co:
Responsibilities included: Supported the Geophysical and Petrophysical staff on quality control of all data for the Mars platform. Upload and quality check all seismic data for the different sands for the Mars platform. Used various tools to quality check all decision gates for each project for the Mars team. Supported all Reservoir Engineers on any work supporting the Mars field using various data tools. Ran all PVT data and compared to new available data that has been ran for new reservoirs using the various tools given for the team. Provided level 1 support to venture members as they use the various tools through the global processes. Supported geophysicists and petrophysicists in using the new Smart Workflow System Components by Schlumberger. Generated maps, cross-sections, and overlays, logs analyses, engineering evaluations, effective display presentations with the use of relational database including Techlog, Petra, and Petrel. Exposed to Aries in managing some projects.
