Daily Duties at Goldman Sachs:
Client Services Support staff member providing Windows desktop clients with day-to-day support in an enterprise environment, and UNIX client/server request support for Fixed Income and Equities divisions. Transitioned to the Client Services Practices group to develop desktop automation solutions, efficiency tools and operational best practices to increase productivity, reduce staff overhead and minimize risk imposed by multi-step processing tasks.
