Evaluated samples and communicated changes with production facilities, developed accurate product specifications, executed the final fit of products Managed all aspects of build to order production process including design, construction, quality control and delivery Developed a strategic business plan to grow the business by 20% year over year Provided creative guidance and oversaw web site development to align with established marketing plan Conduct analyses of key areas for business growth and expansion
