Directed Strategy & Business Process for Upstream Chemicals North America Established performance standards, goals and expectations of staff members and conducted midyear and year end performance appraisals Drove the adoption and awareness of HS&E behaviors and standards for developmental activities Drove operational efficiencies, optimized processes and drove cost reductions across the organization Managed the manufacturing associates, comprising of field operations, workshop operations, sales and analysts in the Pipeline inspection business in the United States Managed the manufacturing/engineering process for custom built inspection tools designed to meet the customer's specifications and design parameters Prepare yearly operating budgets for senior management in order to ensure operating costs are effective and within budget for the Pipeline Inspection US business unit
