Rigid, sheet metal, polymers, • Familiar with machine tools, fixtures, welding(MIG, TIG, STICK, VACUUM) and soldering, • Experience in Design Engineering, automation, and/or robotics, • Able to create and share customizable gantt charts and real time dashboards for optimum key component, critical path management., • Resource/time/cost matrix interpretation and integration., Electrical and machine design., • System design within an integrated manufacturing/business space., • Work flow analysis with binary variances to project scope., • Analysis of existing processes/practices, for the purpose of evaluation and determination, in a continuous improvement environment. , • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying Lean Six Sigma and KEISAN techniques and practices, • Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow and design layouts of equipment, and workspace for maximum efficiency to improve quality, lower costs, and increase efficiency, • Monitor manufacturing processes for continuous improvement and corrective action, • Conceive, develop, refine and implement repeatable and efficient processes, • Adept at seeing possible opportunities for improvement in processes, productivity, and tools, • Identify and establish in-process testing methods, • Determine relevant production DATA and document, • Agile infrastructure and management of numerous personnel and tasks (eg. Marketing, accounting, finance, business, trades/crafts, engineering and scientists) throughout the planning, procurement and execution of fiscal projects.
