I am responsible for: developing new pigment and additive dispersions to meet the customers' specific application and cost needs; designing custom color blends to match customers' supplied sample and to meet the customers' parameters; reformulating old formulas in order to make them more cost effective and more efficient for production; the quality control of dispersions and blends made in production.
