Daily Duties at Bny Mellon:

Managing team and performing functions viz. manpower planning, recruitment and selection, induction, performance appraisal and training. Conduct regular one on ones on monthly basis and completed bi-annual and annual appraisals. Leading and mentoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operation s and meeting of individual and team targets as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Handling Process Audits by following all DPA’s, Contract Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, US Regulations and Adherence on daily basis Conceptualizing and developing need based training for developing multi skilled workforce within sub processes for optimum efficiency while identifying improvement areas and implementing improvement measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels. Ensuring continuous interaction with the client to make sure that the area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels. Conduct BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Testing bi-annually.
