Participate in co-location decommissions within Integra's transport network. Review existing customer and intra/inter-office transport configurations to migrate customers to other network elements (switches, aggregate routers, DACS, MUXes, etc.). Provision all new customers in switch (DMS/VoIP) based on current provisioning in legacy switches (Lucent 5ESS, Santera/G8000). Provide training to colleagues on switch provisioning/troubleshooting. Create MOP for each customer for night crew to migrate during maintenance window.
