Daily Duties at Radius Global Solutions:

International Sites: Jamaica & Panama Accountable for meeting/exceeding client and company objectives through 1st-party customer support (English and Spanish) while maintaining financial goals of office by working closely with all support functions guarantee that HR, QA, Training, Facilities, Payroll, IT and WFM provide the most efficient support to employees and clients. Serve as liaison between client contractual objectives and execution, collaborating daily with client Global Vendor Managers in charge of multiple overseas offices and VP of operations. Hold authority for over 200 employees including all levels of operational management, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management. Submit reporting and performance objectives, reevaluating strategies when required. Ensure that all other support departments (Recruiting HROPs, Facilities, and Finance) maintain comprehensive SOPs for all aspects within their organizations.
