Evaluated and tested appropriate drivers for network compatibility in current global environment. •Transitioned Level 1 and 2 technical support functions to Central Assistance Center. Created and distributed detailed documentation to internal technicians. •Managed appropriate divestiture procedures and worked with various teams on different projects to insure smooth transition of equipment and server permissions •Managed ESSBASE/Commander EIS installation process to roll the application to Corporate Controllership and Executive Staff PC’s. •Programmed contracts, changes and maintained files in agreement with respective Business Area requests to electronically invoice customers using a PC based invoicing system. Accounting Technician – Maintained and monitored Capital Expenditures in the Accounting system. Tracked spending to ensure within appropriate limits.
