Daily Duties at Mathworks:
Manage all existing Corporate software licenses while developing effective strategies designed to optimize the usage of the licenses. Process purchase requisitions including maintaining an accurate record of procurement progress for all company software and hardware. • Maintain an accurate record of all hardware equipment inventory and software licenses to create key insights into product levels and necessary reorders. • Complete in-depth analyses of special asset requests to determine the correct solutions and options with vendors. • Oversee new or reengineered asset management processes and automation tool implementations to ensure optimal efficiency and usage. • Coordinate with the IT Frontline team throughout the ordering and updating of hardware. • Facilitate the completion of the company wide computer refresh process to complete all initiatives on time.
