Managed all on-site personnel and physical security functions. Analyzed, tracked and processed government applications for SCI access and badge to work with classified national security information. Processed visit authorization request via JPAS and AMHS systems.Verified clearances for personnel who have a valid requirement for access to classified network systems. Assisted with the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the detachments. Conducted Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements. Identified deficiencies and recommended corrective actions. Served as a liaison to OPM regarding inquiries of pending investigation. Conducted new hire orientation security briefs. Tracked personnel refresher security briefs. Updated and maintain the security clearance access roster and personnel security databases. Initiated, processed and tracked security periodic re-investigation; Analyzed an individual Sf-86 for accuracy and completeness prior to PSIP submission. Coordinated the schedule of polygraph examinations; Produced correspondence to the 902nd for approval. Updated successful poly information into the DoD database Connect system. Operated secure communications equipment. Programmed door codes and maintain full access control for on-site personnel. Acted as a liaison for the procurement and installation of special locks and devices.
