Intel Corp System Validation Group Work Values

Daily Duties at Intel Corp System Validation Group:

-Purchasing of all Capital and Non-Capital Equipment/Assets for 3 labs and 7 product lines. Yearly Budget...Approx. $2.7M Capital and $2.3M Non-Capital. -Work with SV Engineers and all Vendors for product research and vendor quotes of all purchases -Tracking of all purchases from research to receipt of goods. (Generated PO, tracked approval flow, Vendor receipt of PO, to receipt of required equipment/parts, to close out of request and notification to purchase requestor) -Tracking of All Budgets from Plan of Record (POR) to Actual spending. Notified Project Managers on monthly report to their individual spending and what they have left in budget to spend. -Finance Budget Spending Audits -Capital Asset Control -Capital Equipment Tracking -Lab Operations Manager – (3) Labs (SV, EV, and PHG Labs) -New Lab Construction. Work with Project Managers, Planners & Construction Vendors from planning phase, budget approval, through construction period to final walk through and management notification. -Changes/upgrades to current lab setups. Work with Project managers, Planners & Construction Vendors -Initiated all Facility Work Requests for 3 SVE Labs. This can be anything from HVAC, Electrical, Network, Lighting, or cleaning issues. -Upkeep of all Lab Visio Layouts
