Independently perform complex analysis and program support for the U.S. government’s Rural Health Care Program’s Health Care Connect Fund, which discounts telecommunications and internet services for 300+ health care providers in rural areas. Gather and interpret complex quantitative/qualitative data; accurately synthesize multiple datasets to track program and performance measures. Collaborated with other departments, legal and audit, within USAC to ensure program integrity. Coordinated and led a team of 5 people to create a contract database representing approximately 300 contracts.
