Daily Duties at Fm Facility Maintenance:

Field Service Representative 10/2008 to 10/2012  Manage all facilities issues for an average of 250 7Eleven locations within Dallas/Fort Worth  Senior Field Service Representative in DFW for 400 locations with projected acquisition growth  Manage and hold accountable service providers for work performance, response time and dependability  Execute invoice, quote and project review and approval processes daily  Monitor and Crisis Manage: remediation, catastrophic damage, weather events and unresolved issues  Develop relationships with 7Eleven corporate representatives, Franchise owners, and internal FM organizations  Training of new hires within the Field organization within FM  Execute approximately 400 store visits yearly  Evaluate and manage facilities related items for corporate to Franchise conversions  Execute store closures/de-brandings as needed and the transfer of assets  On-Call 24/7/365 for all escalated issues Field Service Representative  Manage all facilities issues for 700 Blockbuster locations in the south and north east  Manage all Emergency/Critical issue to resolution  Facilitation of relationship building with District Managers and Regional Directors  Perform Regional Business Reviews with operators regularly  Performed approximately 200 store visits per year and managed store closings  Work with contractors as needed to ensure final resolution is reached satisfactorily
