Daily Duties at Ezcorp:

Facilities Manager  Managed all facilities issues for over 1200 locations in the United States and Canada (recently EZCORP discontinued operations for 500 locations)  Manage/Utilize/Develop ServiceChannel processes  Developing customized reports by utilizing the ServiceChannel Pro-View Reporting tool  Developed and manage a “Run Rate” budget for forecasting and budgeting purposes  Implementing asset inventories to upload to the ServiceChannel Asset Management tool  Meet regularly with Regional Directors of Operations to discuss budget, capital improvements and review maintenance performance and expectations  Training of Operations teams at all levels on ServiceChannel and ServiceChannel processes  Management of all service providers and trades  Perform Service Provider Performance reviews every 6 to 12 months  Work with Landlords, Real Estate and Legal team to manage lease obligations and requirements  Actively seek out economies of scale, new technology and equipment to reduce run rate costs.  Work with Service Providers to develop best practices to deploy to Operators  Developed and wrote the EZCORP Repair and Maintenance Manual  Regularly communicate with Operators on best practices and process improvements  Work with Service Providers, Accounting Department and Operations to ensure all costs/expenses/capital run via ServiceChannel to have true costs controls and forecasting to budget  Actively work with ServiceChannel to ensure familiarity, expertise and working knowledge of ServiceClick and ProView to utilize the system(s) as effectively as possible.  Attend the national PRSM Conference and Service Channel User Group to work with other FMs to keep up to date in industry standards, evaluation of potential service providers and review best practices
