Asst. Project Manager - Facilities  Development of a Facilities Program for Existing and Potential Clients that do not have an internal FM Team  Management of and Selection/On-Boarding of Vendors and Contractors  Management of Customer Relationships  Management of Recruitment and On-Boarding of Clients into the R&M Program  Review and Selection of a Web Based Facilities Management (SAAS/CMMS) system  Management of all service providers and trades  Work with Service Providers, Accounting Department and Operations to ensure all costs/expenses/capital have true costs controls and forecasting to budget
