Daily Duties at Dunkirk Specialty Steel, Llc:
Review capability to produce new products; review and correct all manufacturing orders; write claim reports; management of lab and supervision of lab personnel; in-house chemical and mechanical testing, metallography; NDT; coordinate outside testing; disposition of non-conforming material; CAR and FMEA. (Stainless steels, low alloy steels, precipitation hardening steels, and tool steels – hot rolling rounds and flats; cold drawing, heat treating).
