Daily Duties at Millcroft 5 Star Quality Care:
Management of PPS/RUGS, oversight of therapy staff including hiring/firing of staff, scheduling PRN staff, supervision of COTA, program development, communication between facility, therapy staff and HealthPro management, OT evaluation, development of plan of care and implementation of treatment strategies. Participation on Wound Care Team that consisted of RN-WCC, ADON and unit managers.
