Daily Duties at Jackson Parish Hospital:
Responsible for translating the Population Health Initiative strategic goals and program priorities of the organization into department operations. Improve organizational integrity/viability through; data leveraging, population identification, healthcare gap identification, predictive analysis and risk stratification, provider/patient engagement and performance tracking. Provide leadership, direction and management of information systems that directly support clinical information system solutions. Plan, prioritize, summarize, direct and supervise staff, end users and vendors in clinical systems development and support functions with an emphasis on complete, accurate and secure systems. Manage the analysis, selection, design, implementation and support of clinical information systems solutions. Plan and direct all aspects of design, implementation and maintenance of clinical and business information systems to effectively apply technology solutions to improve clinical and business operations.
