Drove DFSS and DFR rigor in all product reliability & manufacturing FAT facilities; authored and taught DFSS/DFR training and tool usage package, mentored Black Belt and Green Belt projects. More than $10M in savings by establishing framework, infrastructure and operating processes of the contractual joint venture for outsourcing of CAD & engineering with Satyam (India) so 220+ US based contractors could relocate to India.
