Manage Buy/Sell Aluminum products inbound from Vendors to control cost and excess inventory Work with Production Planner for maintaining the right electrical inventory to meet customers’ demand Streamline Kanban products to reduce stock outs and cost Release consignments to replenish warehouses inventory up to stocking levels Conduct root cause analysis for variances; develop a corrective action plan to eliminate errors Reduce distribution freight costs by $350k through optimizing consignment shipment modes
