Daily Duties at In Ventiv Health Clinical:

 Input data into trackers to generate payment amounts  Ensure previous payments have successfully been received by the site  Complete applicable documentation of successful payment  Generate investigator check requests and prepare cover letters for investigator payments  Submit payment requests to Accounts Payable  Process and track site-related pass through expenses  Communicate with investigator sites on status of payments  Maintain excel spreadsheets utilized for investigator payments  Interact with internal clients  Accurate and timely reporting of metrics pertaining to performance  Obtain active site list from project managers to ensure all active sites have received payment  Obtain site contracts from the shared location that have been saved by the contracts team.  Proactively anticipate internal or external customer concerns and raise awareness to management.  Complete the following tasks in support of transparency reporting, as required:  Collect payment reports  Collect physician specific information required  Create transparency reports in the format required by the Sponsor
