Daily Duties at Rd Capital Group, Inc.:

• Provide exceptional client service through processing account deposits, answering inquiries, and providing resolution to problems and concerns. • Complete new account documentation and open new accounts on the NetExchange system. • Send welcome packages explaining all legal requirements, and copies of all client documents. • Process client withdrawal requests through check issuance or Federal wire. • Coordinate with the Fix Income Department to transact the purchase and sale of fixed income bonds. • Access the Bloomberg terminal to acquire quotes for equities, options, and Treasury bonds, notes, and bills. • Employ NetExchange to process daily equity and option trades. • Document and prepare the daily trading buy and sell blotters for CCO verification and approval. • Foster partnerships with other local brokerages to settle disputes and discrepancies to ensure efficient settlements of trades. • Monitor accounts with potential margin call risk advising brokers and contacting clients. • Collaborate with Margin Department to research and resolve issues with clients’ accounts arising from market fluctuations. • Oversee the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering(AML) program ensuring proactive monitoring of daily reports to ensure compliance with Federal Law. • Entrusted with the authorization to approve or decline option accounts and trades for those accounts triggering potential money laundering violations. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to document monthly commissions and ticket charges delivering the spreadsheet to the CFO for verification and distribution of payment. • Manage relationships with vendors supplying technical services, telecommunications, and equipment. • Evaluate technology needs providing research and recommendations to senior management for approval.
