Daily Duties at Care For You Pharma:
During my employment, i Provide executive leadership for multi-million dollar Long Term Care project with 33 locations to serve and with 6500 beds for medication delivery and profit of $3.8 million. Also • Prepare presentations for internal audiences, including senior leadership CEO and board members. • Introduced MTM in-services that significantly increase patient adherence to medication regimen and compliance • Generated a projection profit graphs regarding the introduction of immunization service by 2016. • Nurtured collaborative work environment with nursing staff & medical professional ,by designing Educational Programs for Nursing Homes and Assisted livings staff members, to facilitate communication line between the Pharmacy, Nurses, and patients • Implemented a Chain of Command for the company hierarchy, and Introduced all team members, weekly unified morning meeting, that overviews weekly tasks, to assure time management and to define each work’s role during the day, which increased productivity and prescription turn around rates • Teamed up with the CEO for a Clear Vision for the Business’ Goals , while partnered with management team and sales director to implement sales strategies and progress measures, to Improve the quarter’s debt to credit ratio and with 17% profit increase with a foretasted and achieved 20% by 2015
