Daily Duties at Dekra :
• Started Dekra Certification B. V office in Chicago, IL to establish business unit presence in North America. • Oversaw North American Operations involving five (5) engineers and office staffs. • Assessed, reviewed and resolved problems arising in execution of projects. • Tracked and reported on projects by using new development procedures and Microsoft Project • Responsible for analyzing business results, providing reporting and analysis on key performances. • Supported local business and operational management by expanding the current base, project management, training, and local office. • Worked with Marketing and other departments within company to prepare proposals and new business presentations including presentation strategies, market survey summaries and analyzing opportunity assessments • Led the coordination and execution of business development strategies that increase profitability to maximize sales objectives as the prime contact for Explosive Process Safety. • Increased business unit revenue from $280K to nearly $880K within a year.
