(Client) - Johnson & Johnson Information Technology – Raritan, NJ April 2016 – Present Information Technology Application Services • Facilitated engagement calls with technical application owners across the globe to assist them with archiving legacy applications. • Facilitated intake calls with technical application owners and our factory team to analyze their applications data in terms of retention, retrieval, volume, folder structure, structured or unstructured data to provide the most optimal solution for them to significantly reduce expenditures of obsolete legacy applications. • Ensured those mandatory retention periods and legal holds were evaluated and executed precisely. • Evaluated Quotes, Estimates, and SOWs to ensure that the final costs accurately represents the services provided to the application owner for archiving their applications. (Client) - Sanofi Aventis – Bridgewater, NJ March 2013 – March 2016 UAT Test Lead – Mobile application for IOS/Android devices • Responsible for writing test cases and facilitation of test environment set up. • Strategized testing logistics for UAT execution with Business Users while following all documented standards to minimize time away from core revenue generating activities. • Worked closely with the Development Lead and Project Management group to ensure timely resolution of issues and defects • Ensured necessary information is provided in a timely manner to the Project Management group for decision-making, issue resolution and information gathering. Innovation Management • Facilitated workshops, manage communication and conduct training sessions to promote an innovative culture and to increase engagement at a company level. o Facilitated Design Thinking Workshop o Facilitated Innovation Business Planning and Execution Course • Oversee crowdsourcing platform across multiple operating companies for Innovation Team in order to generate, collaborate, and implement innovative ideas within Clinical Sciences. • Contribute to development projects of new and innovative technologies that are piloted for use in clinical trials in areas such as patient centricity and mHealth. SAP BI/BW - Functional Support Analyst • Validated and restructured multiple process chains requested by CTRL-M team within BI/BW validation environment for Finance/PLANIT-R&D/Supply Chain Management, resulting in high customer satisfaction. • Managed and facilitated change control process as change initiator & coordinator for critical enhancements and updates within SAP BI/BW that resulted in on time completeness by year end. • Ensured that all internal GxP guidelines and regulations were properly followed. Validation Lead • Facilitated change control process as change initiator/coordinator/manager. • Setup meetings with end users to understand/gather requirements as per business needs and authored the following documents (Impact Assessment Form, Functional Risk Assessment, Functional Requirements Specification, User Requirements Specification, System Design Specification, and Requirements Traceability Matrix). • Worked with onsite/offshore development and testing team to design IS solution and authored test cases for SIT & UAT execution. Application Support Analyst • Interacted with Biostatisticians and Programmers to understand issues and provided resolutions in existing systems. • Helped WISE (Worldwide Integrated SAS Environment) L3 team for enhancement testing while performing administrative support activities. • Assisted other teams in UAT execution while performing administrative support activities.
