Assumed the duties of the Maintenance Manager in their absence resolving any conflicts and adjusted priorities as necessary to support safe efficient plant operations. Coordinated work with Operations and other support groups on shift. Verified that all work performed on shift by the craft personnel is via the use of Human Performance Tools in a safe manner meeting the expectation of plant management. Managed Critical activities ensuring they are accomplished effectively and on schedule. Supervised over 300 craft personnel. Log all call-ins with any overtime exceptions addressing the fatigue rule and Fitness for Duty. Perform Technical Contract Manager (TCM) duties when needed coordinating with contractors and vendors to procure goods and services to support plant operations.
