Managed the APP-R 95-002, 95-003and the NFPA-805 Fire Protection system upgrade projects. Coordinated meetings to review the designs and changes if needed addressing resources and material needs to accomplish the work with the Operations and Engineering groups. Responsible for ensuring work is performed with the lease degree of plant risk and impact, addressing safety of the workers plant and public. Project was ended due to change management contract given to different company.
