Ensure client responsibilities are met in order to assure timely policies are issued while building client relationships through trust and honesty. Maintain a competent staff. Generate and implement an aggressive marketing plan to prospect awareness and ultimately converting prospects into clients. Motivating staff through non-hostile/non-toxic environment. Monitor administrative task. Constant travel to ensure compliance. Networking with local citizens and businesses to generate prospects. Conduct daily, weekly, and mostly meetings with staff. Coordinate with State Farm leadership to ensure consistency with corporate objectives.
