Daily Duties at Alaska National Guard :
Managed various aspects of staff-training programs for preparing Guardsmen for overseas travels. Coordinated budgeting, planning and scheduling, including oversight of $667K budget for recruitment, travel and support operations. Planned and coordinated implementation of training curriculum and reviewed / selected training materials. Provided training in and ensured compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
