Daily Duties at Prince George's County Public Schools:

Scope of work includes staff improvement, development and evaluation; fiscal management, record and administration organization; team building; shared decision making; school values promotion; advisory council coordination and mentoring for at- need students. Responsible for the administration and management practices which promote efficient and effective operation of the school. Manage and participate in a variety of student activities, collaborate with special services personnel, maintain standards concerning students’ discipline, health, safety and general welfare. Managed student transportation, maintenance of budget, handled all personnel matters, staff recruitment, cafeteria operations and after hours use of facilities. Developed and executed in-service training programs. Counseled teachers on instructional, professional and administrative matters.
