Daily Duties at Maximum Level Lounge:

 Responsible for daily operations of the bar, café and satellite locations duties include scheduling, inventory, opening and closing procedures and ensures compliance with all health and safety requirements  Communicate and delegate tasks to the team members  Handles recruiting, interviewing, training, and re-training of existing and new team members  Plan and manage events and oversees social media advertising  Create event ideas that routinely generate revenue exceeding 3K per night  Bartend as the schedule dictates  Represent the Maximum Level Lounge at city-wide functions and meetings  Create drink recipes for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
