Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent Ltd:

During my employment with Alcatel Lucent, I played role of project manager, release manager and team lead. As project manager, responsibilities included handling projects to meet customer requirements and market demands. Served as project manager for IP DSLAM product , involved right from initiation, planning, to delivery of the project to customer. As mainstream project manager, I was responsible for program management - release engineering. In this release manager role, I was responsible to ensure release process/ plan is setup and followed, continous integration is followed, monitor and manage all release activity including software integration, QA automatic testing, build activities, customer documentation etc. As team lead, I was responsible for staffing and making sure builds are produced for every releases on time. Responsibility also included defining build processes.
