Daily Duties at Vwr International:
· Successfully and correctly handled high volume of customer questions, issues. Strong ability to research and resolve customer problems. · Processed Customer Orders via fax, email, telephone, expedited backorder, tracked carrier shipments, and investigated proof of delivery, missing, and broken or incorrect deliveries. · Trusted with handling of complex calls from multi-billion dollar clients. Handled approximately 90 calls per day from key accounts. · Investigated and resolved issues relating to product pricing, customer invoicing, and shipping for high volume accounts; liaised with clients and manufacturers to decrease product delivery delays and institute inventory substitutions as needed. · Process customer returns and credits, daily review of credit memos, manage backorders and other reports. · Capital equipment order entries · Trained and supervised new hires and junior employees in all aspects of job functions. Served as the go-to person for other call center staff, and assisted with scheduling and delegating account assignments. · Analyzed sales call flow charts to identify issues and develop solutions to reduce number of abandoned calls
