Daily Duties at Precision Devices, Inc.:
Tasked with changing the face of the engineering team. When brought on, the team was significantly late on project and deliveries. During the time as the VP of Engineering, taught the team the benefits of time management, project planning, and skills allocation. Took average project time to completion from over one year to less than three months. Mentored the Junior Engineers on how to best utilize and grow their skills.
