Daily Duties at Dimension Data:

• Change managed, created, and designed hiring, onboarding, and training curriculum for new department developed under Americas Procurement and Logistics team for client support as well as conducted the training, managed the new team, and turned over to new manager after probation period • Architected and led team to create a job framework to analyze current skills, identify gaps, and recommend learning for our Sales Support organization • Consulted with all departments involved to devise a risk procurement strategy for a large client procurement assessing all exposure and critical business needs • Teamed with internal stakeholders to review distributors, attended presentations, analyzed each, and awarded contract • Represented department in critical risk strategy meeting for Dimension Data’s business model • Led team of sales support representatives from various territories as well as specialized national technical team, writing and providing personnel reviews based on performance • Managed successful and tenured team focusing on learning and developing the team appropriately, supported thoughtful mapping, provided planning, and focused training • Responsible for escalations on product configurations, client issues, and order management • Participated on the High Performance Culture team on Accountability, writing an article of the week on the subject of Honesty for Dimension Data Americas • Collaborated with renewals manager to resolve client issues
