Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Responsible for Home Service Specialists who completed the intial underwriting l review in the Home Equity loan process. .•Coached, mentored, and trained a team of 100 Home Service Specialists and 8 team leaders with a focus on customer satisfaction and risk mitigation. Responsible for salary budget of $4m in salary budgets and merit pool. Also was responsible for a 3,000 budget in award dollars. •Analyzed and assessed key performance indicators including employee engagement scores, productivity output and cost per unit metrics. •Identified high performing and high potential individuals for promotional opportunities and organizational advancement.
