Responsible for the development and implementation of activities of Multi-Branch Operations including Marketing and Sales strategies, Production, Purchasing & Inventory Management. Led and directed 83 professional and warehouse personnel for the operations located in Mobile & Monroeville, AL, Pensacola & Panama City, FLA. Company has 18 Distribution Centers located throughout the Southeastern. Managed over $8M inventory of over 15,000 inventory items. Annual combined revenues in excess of $50M combined Gulf Coast facilities.
