Daily Duties at Aap Properties:

Supervise maintenance staff for facility. Implement and maintain preventative maintenance program to ensure a long Jevity of facilities mechanical equipment. Implemented safety manual. Perform Weekly safety meetings. Supervised facility security staff. Maintain life safety equipment for the facility. Met with tenants to make sure everything was functioning properly within their suites. Also met with tenants wanted remodels, going over blueprints, hiring subcontractors as needed for projects.
