Daily Duties at Robin S. Brown Consulting:
. Program Management activities for $365 million modernization and new construction K-12 Measure TT bond program. Due to a twenty percent reduction of anticipated funding sources, I restructured entire program by reducing schools’ project scope and costs to return to a balanced budget. Developed new design standards working with the A/E community and Maintenance staff. (June 2011 to December 2012) Program- coordinated development and pre-construction activities including site selection, design analysis, environmental site assessment and CEQA analysis, governmental coordination, right-of-way coordination utility coordination, demolition site clearing activities for 55 new schools valued over $5 billion. (April 2005 to June 2010)
