Daily Duties at Aetna:

Provided administrative, reporting, and Help Desk support for the SPOC Help Desk area. • Created and executed monthly, quarterly and year-end management reports, utilizing Excel, Crystal Reports, Cisco Geotel, the Peregrine Service Center Database and the Avaya CMS Supervisor Database. • Identified redundancies/duplications in reports and initiated improvements to consolidate and streamline reports into a more efficient reporting structure. • Assisted with national customer calls during high volume periods, in order to meet the demand. • Utilized Knowledge Management (Aetna tool), Remote Desktop Assistant software to resolve software, hardware and connectivity issues for callers. • Monitored attendance for unit on a weekly basis, apprising management of any potential issues. • Submitted purchase orders, check requests, and ordered supplies through the Ariba system.
