Daily Duties at Aetna:
Provided support for the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Help Desk and Desktop Support areas through the generation of statistical reporting, which was utilized for call resolution, determine staffing requirements and driving process improvements. • Responsible for creation, data importing and execution of daily, weekly, monthly and year-end reporting for Call Center and Desktop Support metrics to maximize resources. • Participated in the redesigning of reports and the reporting process, which resulted in the automation of data retrieval, improved data integrity and runtime efficiencies. • Extensive Excel knowledge in creating reports, utilizing macros, filters, and calculations. • Knowledgeable in the execution of reports utilizing Crystal Reports 2010. • Developed step-by-step instructions for data retrieval and report execution for training purposes. • Effectively troubleshoot data quality issues, providing a timely resolution.
