Daily Duties at Cocc:

A member of the conversion team responsible for modifying and developing custom reports that are required with new clients. • Review report specifications with clients to determine custom reporting requirements. • Responsible for creation of all custom reports through Crystal/Total Vision. • Maintain status log and keep management updated on all reports. • Extensive Excel knowledge of creating reports, utilizing macros, filters, and calculations. • Knowledgeable in Total Vision, Insight. • Effectively troubleshoot data quality issues, providing a timely resolution. • Developed step-by-step instructions for data retrieval and report execution for training purposes.
