Directed learning needs analysis process for the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) • Conducted assessment of VA’s eIDP process and developed comprehensive report with recommendations for enhancing/improving eIDP process. Also supported effort to strengthen key occupations for VALU Office of Facilities Management by developing a competency model for the Program Manager (PM), including conducting focus groups and analyzing resultant data. Data informed development of a comprehensive PM competency model, which was leveraged by VA to support effort to strengthen the occupation. As a part of conducting education and training gap analysis for BVTI, coordinated with VALU as a component of assessing federal government training courses available to VA staff employees as well as management. • Managed classroom and online curriculum development for company-wide onboarding training (5 – 30 staff weekly). Maintained strategic partnerships to ensure onboarding program data are current and reflect organizational structure and operations. • Designed innovative strategies for developing eIDP program, streamlining the process and ensuring that all designers developed audience appropriate indicators that adequately measured knowledge transfer. • Conceptualized and created multi-tiered process to train all echelons of staff enterprise-wide on the new system to position them to buy into the system, ensuring cost efficiency of the program; managed stakeholder engagement. • Through executing change management processes based on industry-standard models, initiated strategic alliances that began to move a stovepipe organization toward partnerships that would inspire user adoption of the new information management system. • Encourages managers and staff employees in developing and sustaining more successful employee support relationships. • Assessed contractor performance to ensure a high quality product, developed curricula, directed materials production, and consistently met or exceeded client targets.
