Daily Duties at Ephesoft:

• Designed innovative strategies by creating a CBT training course on software development and software life cycle. I streamlined the process and ensured that all clients and potential clients are able to adequately transfer knowledge received and ensure transfer of knowledge to everyday workflow. • Managed and cultivated multiple client relationships simultaneously, trouble-shooting where necessary and developing/enhancing managers’ leadership skills and ability to meet performance targets. • Generated new lines of business and resultant in development of the first Business Analyst for Ephesoft companywide; reengineered proposal processes and developed accompanying operations manual and CBT training. • Performed integrated change control and provided business analytical and technical direction to organization’s management office • Designed and managed business processes that increased user adoption and stakeholder support of a new $500 million information management system throughout its life cycle I'm also responsible for UAT testing. Engineering team works from India. I'm diverse in communicating with individuals within different cultures Use of JIRA daily
