Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:

Built the in-house Ad Sales Department from the ground up: hired sales and support staff, oversaw installation of computers and complicated ad insertion equipment, created Department policies and procedures, created promotional materials (media kit and direct mailer) for Department marketing purposes. Responsible for $2MM Department budget, including budgeting, re-estimates, and management of Department expenses and cash flow. Managed support staff, oversaw collection efforts with AE's. Trained and motivated sales staff via sales packages, promotions, and sales incentive contests.
