As Marketing Specialist: Worked with internal marketing team, as well as, our external advertising agency to promote the Pharmacology and Drug Metabolism lines of service. Produced collateral materials for everything from white papers and scientific posters and managed activities for tradeshows and company-sponsored symposium events. Frequently represented the company at tradeshows and conferences. Held sole responsibility for project management and production of 300+ page annual scientific catalog. As Client Services Manager: Started as Administrative Assistant in 1991 and was soon promoted to Manager of Client Services, supervising a staff of three FTEs. Participated in the hiring, training and development of staff. Managed and maintained client relations, supported business development team, generated client invoices and supervised production and distribution of client data and summary reports. Interfaced with staff on projects at labs around the globe, worked with Finance on AR activities and with Marketing on various promotional programs including publishing of our pharmacology protocols and full-service catalog.
