I am responsible for the leadership and overall management of DianeGrinman Development Services. My primary responsibilities include the pursuit of real estate development, third-party construction, design development and investment opportunities for our clients in the Chicagoland area.I oversee the companies design development, preconstruction, construction and business development activities As such, I play an integral role in defining the company’s daily strategies and future growth plans. My leadership is based on a long and successful track record in the industry that includes several large, world-class projects. Trust, communication, and commitment to meeting customer expectations are my most important attributes.
