Daily Duties at Directors Ltd:
Managed a broad range of business and production-related responsibilities, including defining production schedules, project budgets, location scouting, coordinating auditions, managing talent and handling overall production issues for full-length feature films. Supervised and coordinated with cast and crew to promptly resolve issues and ensure all production assets were in place when needed to maintain schedule and minimize production costs. Oversaw daily office operations, supervised human resources and payroll activities which included employment contracts, talent agreements, music licensing as well as administration of biweekly payroll via ADP.
